Pilates Class

Description

A series of mind/body sessions at Top of the Park, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout on Saturdays with classes in yoga, tai chi, Pilates, and dance fitness. Led by experienced practitioners, all sessions are free, and take place on the lawn in front of Power Center, immediately east of the Rackham Graduate School. Come early to get a good spot.
