Note: The Ann Arbor Film Festival will screen two shorts films from its archive before our main feature.

Ringo - David Monahan, Wilmington, NC - 6 minutes [screened at the 44th AAFF]
Found footage gleaned from serial westerns and other archival sources was edited, composited, and set to Don Robertson’s classic 1964 story-song to spawn this rapid-fire saga of male bonding with a vengeance.

I Met The Walrus - Josh Raskin, Toronto, Canada - 5 minutes [screened at the 45th AAFF]
In 1969, fourteen-year-old Jerry Levitan snuck into John Lennon's hotel room with his tape recorder and persuaded him to do an interview. This animated short was nominated for an Academy Award® in 2008.
