* For all tickets purchased by phone, fax, or mail there is a $5.00 handling fee per transaction.

** Please note that there is a processing fee for all tickets purchased on the internet. Tickets are not available on the internet for the last 24 hours prior to each performance. If you wish to purchase tickets for an event during this time, you may do so in person or by phone.

Three Easy Ways to Save

Festival Multi-Packs
Buy tickets to 4 shows and receive a 10% discount. Buy tickets to 6 shows and receive a 15% discount.

Group Sales
Groups of 20 or more receive a 10% discount. Other discounts do not apply to group sales. Contact the Group Sales Coordinator at 734.763.3100.

Children’s Tickets
On shows designated as Family Friendly (FF), for every adult ticket purchased at full price, you may purchase one ticket for a child of 12 or under at half-price. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted to indoor Festival performances in consideration of other patrons. Everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age.


Tickets

Multi-Pack Exchange
Subscribers (4 or more shows) may exchange tickets free of charge. Exchanged tickets must be received by the Ticket Office (by mail or in person) at least one hour prior to the performance. The value of the tickets may be applied to another Festival performance. You may fax a photocopy of your torn tickets to 734.647.1171. Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.

Single Ticket Exchange
Non-subscribers may exchange tickets for a $5 per transaction exchange fee. Exchanged tickets must be received by the Ticket Office (by mail or in person) at least one hour prior to the performance. The value of the tickets may be applied to another Festival performance. You may fax a photocopy of your torn tickets to 734.647.1171. Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.

Ticket Donations/Unused Tickets
Unused tickets may be donated to the Festival for a tax-deductible contribution up to 15 minutes prior to the performance. Unused tickets that are returned after the performance are not eligible for a tax-deductible contribution. To receive a tax-deductible receipt, call the Festival Office at 734.994.5999.

Ticket Resale
The Ann Arbor Summer Festival strongly opposes ticket scalping. The resale of tickets by non-authorized outlets for a price greater than the retail price isa misdemeanorunder Michiganlaw (MCL 750.465(6).Whenever the Festival is presenting a show we expect to beparticularly popular, we discourage the resale of tickets by setting a limitonthe number of tickets individuals can purchase. We encourage interested ticket buyers to contact our Ticket Office directly at (734) 764-2538 to inquire about ticket availability to any Festival performance.

Will-Call/Ticket Pick-Up
All ticket orders received less than 10 days prior to the performance will be held at Will-Call, which opens in the performance venue 90 minutes prior to the published start time.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Call the Ticket Office at 734.764.2538 to have duplicate tickets waiting for you at Will-Call. Duplicate tickets cannot be mailed. In the event of a double seating situation with duplicate tickets, priority will always be given to the holder of the original tickets.


SORRY, NO REFUNDS
Please check your order and tickets carefully. All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may exchange them on or before the performance date, up to one hour before the show. Tickets may also be donated to the Ann Arbor Summer Festival up to 15 minutes prior to a show by calling the Ticket Office. To receive a tax-deductible receipt, call the Festival Office, (734) 994-5999.
